The house itself is a small walk from Sucina town center but in a very quiet location with virtually no passers by.
One of the larger plots (265 sq meters) that you can walk all the way round. The house faces south so you maximize the sun.
The swimming pool is large allowing proper swimming measuring 8.5 meters x 2.6 meters. A solar cover has just been replaced which keeps the heat in and avoid evaporation. There is also a California blues swimming pool heat pump installed (at a cost of 2,500 euros) which will raise the temperature (or decrease when really hot) by one degree an hour or could be left on all year to maintain a constant pool temperature. This enables use of the pool all year round if desired. Outside cold water shower.
There is a gas bbq and wooden outside dining table and six chairs. There is a small garden area currently gravelled over with a couple of fruiting orange trees. There is a inbuilt locked store to house bikes garden cushions barbecue and the like. There are outside lights to house and one in pool to enable use long summer evenings. Store cupboard for three gas bottles. Breakfast table and chairs outside front door. Full alarm system.
Large sun trap area of 20 sq meters with nice views over farmland and towards village and church. Further area with satellite dish on. Exceedingly quiet apart from sound of birds cheating with few passers by because of location. Two wooden sun loungers, breakfast table and chairs included.
Sucina is a typical Spanish 18th century small farming town with a village church and has all the services and amenities for daily living, including a medical center, schools, veterinary surgery, filling station, banks supermarket, post office and chemist. There are a selection of bars and restaurants and a produce market on Mondays.
Close to motorway, with beaches, and main town of San Javier just a 20 minute drive. The nearest airport Corvera only a 30 minute drive and Alicante airport 65 minutes away. The town of Balsicas is a 10 minute drive away and has a train station which connects to Murcia and from there to the rest of Spain.
